Burnout Paradise the latest in the long running series is about to get its second update and this one will break quite a few rules. The latest update will feature bikes and night racing, which is quite a change from its previous iterations. As per a report on 1up.com :

“Criterion just revealed that they have another software update in the works — this time codenamed Davis — for Burnout Paradise. This third major upgrade is planned for release on Xbox Live and the Playstation Network this August and will for the first time ever allow Burnout players to ride motorcycles across Paradise City. On top of the new vehicular selection, players will be able to cruise around town at night. As such, this will clear out the traffic from the hustle and bustle of daytime, giving gamers a chance to acclimate themselves with the new set of wheels.”
