GTA + Crackdown Creator, bags $ 50 Million

They say hard work pays off, very true. GTA and Crackdown creator David Jones is a happy man, recently his compnay called “Realtime Worlds” made a lot of money, Kotaku reports:
“Crackdown devs Realtime Worlds - founded by GTA series creator David Jones - have secured for themselves a spot of funding for their promising-looking MMO shooter APB (and potentially other projects). Like, $50 million in funding. Nice. It’s rare that console games receive venture capital, even multiplayer ones, so it looks like somebody over at Realtime’s doing a good job of selling the game.”
The idea of making an MMO based on Crackdown isn’t half bad, when you consider the recent success that the MMO genre has commanded. Crackdown has all the elements required for a MMO, lets see how it eventually shapes up.
